We’re having what the old-timers describe as a “real winter” here in Minnesota—above average snowfall and multi-day stretches of below zero temperatures. Throw in spiking COVID cases, daycare and school closures, lots of empty shelves, and you have the perfect recipe for a severe case of mid-winter blues.
